Описание
Мишени для напыления из оксидной керамики являются одними из наиболее распространенных среди современных керамических мишеней для напыления. Оксидная керамика может быть изготовлена путем спекания при высоких температурах с одним или несколькими оксидами в качестве основных компонентов и другими второстепенными оксидами в качестве добавок. Мы поставляем высококачественные Al2O3, SiO2, Nb2Ox, TiOx, ITO, AZO, YSZ, IGZO и другие мишени для напыления. Большинство оксидных керамических материалов имеют высокую температуру плавления, отличную изоляцию, термостойкость, стойкость к окислителям и коррозии. Следовательно, они могут длительное время подвергаться воздействию гипертермической и окислительной среды и находят множество технических применений. Одним из недостатков является уязвимость к пластической деформации при высоких температурах, что делает их непригодными для использования в качестве высокотемпературных конструкционных материалов. Предлагаемые нами мишени для напыления имеют такие преимущества как: однородный цвет, гладкая поверхность, отсутствие трещин, сколов, внешних включений и загрязнений.
